A personal assessment and coaching session with Barry Jones, will last approximately 2 hours (longer by arrangement) and will provide a factual and honest appraisal of your current skills and potential with immediate coaching to overcome any problems you may be experiencing in your quest to become a driving instructor.

 

Your personal session will include: -

  1. a brief initial discussion of personal training background and aims
  2.  an assessment of your instructional ability based strictly on DSA criterion for Part 2 or 3 and check tests
  3. followed by a de-brief and discussion of development areas identified
  4. an ‘In-car’ coaching tailored to suit your personal needs 
  5. plus a final discussion and agreement on a remedial plan
