We provide a personal 1:1 assessment and coaching service for qualified driving instructors. 

 

All check test coaching is conducted by Barry Jones, a former Assistant Chief and ADI examiner at DSA with over 35 years experience in the driver and instructor training and testing business.

 

Over many years the sessions have proved to be of immense value to qualified, experienced instructors and newly qualified instructors who are perhaps facing their very first check test.

 

A typical session will begin with a discussion of your perception of your needs and aspirations followed by a practical assessment. A coaching session will immediately follow to improve on any training ‘techniques’ or other instructional problems that have been identified.

 

Additionally, during the session you can discuss any DSA ‘test’ or ‘examiner’ related problems or investigate and debate new regulations, proposals or procedures and plan how to use any information or changes to your advantage.

 

Normally a typical session will last for 2 hours.  In this time it is amazing how much you can develop or learn. 

 

We provide a certificate to confirm your development session and you may use this as evidence to support your CPD activity.
